Hi paui

As water inexorably flows down the mountains, into the
streams and rivers, and then out to the seas and oceans,
this ever-flowing element of nature is often associated
with peace and tranquility.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: TEMPERANCE

The Temperance card can represent the peace and tranquility
we feel when our life is flowing calmly and happily in the
right direction. However, it can often represent a time
where we need to balance logic and reason against strife
and struggle in order to salvage some harmony in troubled
times.

It is your ability to weigh right from wrong, to balance
good against bad and to manage the volatile factors in your
life that determines how easily you can feel a sense of
balance and harmony in your life when the going is tough.

When the Temperance card appears in your reading, it can
imply that if you have been suffering a challenging time,
happier and more harmonious times lay ahead. Peace can be
restored and you will regain a tranquil normality to your
life again.

It can suggest that a greater sense of self-control is
required for you to cope with changing circumstances. And
for those who are suffering because of alcoholism, this
card is a sign that temperance and sobriety is needed.

The Temperance card is about moderation, going with the
flow and looking for solutions that will put an end to
conflicts and troubles, like pouring water over a fire to
put it out. The gentle flow of water can corrode giant
rocks in its path. Likewise patience and gentle persistence
can help us all to work through or around obstacles and
challenges in our path.

This card can also signify that spirituality may provide
comfort at a particularly difficult time, and when this
card appears in your reading, you can be sure that someone
out there is looking after you.

Love and Joy,
Alison

Chariot

The Chariot, in its simplest terms, represents a vehicle,
and one that you are in charge of steering – your life is
the vehicle and it is your choices and decisions that steer
you in either the right or wrong direction.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: THE CHARIOT

When this card appears in a reading, it often represents
challenges or difficulties that you must work through or
around, but with courage and determination the outcome is
often victory.

It often represents an existing struggle, one you have been
battling with for a while. For example, the card may
represent a destructive or unfulfilling relationship that
you have had problems letting go of. It may be that you
have been a housewife for many years and you don’t have the
confidence to get back into the job market, or perhaps you
have hit a glass ceiling in your job or profession and lack
the courage to seek success elsewhere.

Whatever the specific challenge or obstacle may be, you can
get over it if you find the drive and determination to do
so, since The Chariot represents self-reliance and decisive
action.

When this card appears in your reading, it is saying don’t
quit or give up. As hard as the battle may seem at times,
if you persevere, you can and will succeed. It is
important to accept and understand that sometimes we need
to change course or direction in order to achieve our goals
and ambitions. If something isn’t happening, however hard
you try, perhaps you simply need to change tactics to get
results.

The warning with The Chariot is not to allow your drive,
ambition and determination to turn to arrogance and pride.
It is not about bullying your way through life. This card
simply suggests that you don’t allow your ego to get in the
way.

If you feel that your life is not going in the direction
you would like it to, and The Chariot appears in your
reading, ask yourself ‘What do I need to do to achieve what
I want?’, ‘What do I need to let go of in order to gain
what I desire?’, ‘Am I on course or way off it?’

Quite often we consult the Tarot cards when we feel lost,
without any goals or direction. You would never jump into
a car without knowing where you are going would you?
Otherwise how would you know when you’d arrived at your
destination?

It is the same with life. There are always signposts along
the way and the Tarot cards can help you to determine which
signs are pointing you in the right direction.

Love and Joy,
Alison

Letter from one of the casualties in Glorietta

Good day everyone,

I wish I were writing under different circumstances.

I would like to inform you that my wife Leslie Cruz was part of the casualties in the Glorietta 2 Mall bombing in Makati City, Philippines. She was supposed
to have a minor out patient surgery at Makati Medical Center at 230pm.

I had taken a leave from work to accompany her there. We dropped off our daughter, Amber, at my parents place in QC to babysit at around 10am. We then
proceeded to Makati and was there at 1230pm. Since she had been fasting in preparation for her procedure, she wanted to move ar ound and listen to some music while I grabbed a bite to eat. We parked at the basement of Park Square 2, and headed for the Glorietta 2 entrance. We parted at the top of the escalator, she
turned right towards Filbar's while I went left towards the restaurants. That was the last time I would see her.

Around 120pm, she had called me so that we can meet at the Glorietta 2 exit just in time to make her appointment. As I made my way there from Glorietta 1
through the connecting hallways, and was about to turn the corner, I heard 2 deep thumps and the shock-wave from the blast hit me. At that moment my heart dropped as I knew that the origin of the blast came from the same place where we were supposed to meet. I tried getting to where my wife was, but the dust was too much and it was as if I was staring at a white wall.

I still tried to convince myself that she was able to make it out, and that after ringing her mobile without a response only meant that she dropped it in the
confusion. After 6 hours of searching from Makati Med. to Ospital ng Makati, the blast site, and back again to MMC - with the help of all the people I could get
hold of, that I was able to get confirmation in what the state of my wife was.

My Dad and Uncle signaled me in from the ER of MMC. My Uncle (who's a doctor) asked me to describe Leslie's appearance to another group of doctors. I saw in the eyes of one that the description made sense. Instead of confirming it to me, they huddled together, then brought me to a small examination room. It was only
through a digital camera that I was able to confirm (and deny) that she was indeed gone.

I have so many regrets. I should have met her sooner. I should have ran instead of a brisk walk. I should have not chose to park where I did. I should have
braved the dust and went in the blast site. I should have ...

Today's the 4th day. It is still terribly difficult to breathe, let alone wake up realizing that your source of strength, your best friend doesn't lie beside you
on your bed. That my deepest worry is when Amber starts asking for her Mama.

I am glad that Amber's too young to understand the loss and pain. In time I would like to tell her the details of how her mother died, but more importantly I would like to raise her as how her mother lived - a loving person, strong willed, decisive, caring, and nurturing. She has always cared for her family and friends, and sacrfied her career for being a full time mom and home maker.

As with all couples we had our ups and downs - none of which I regret not going through. The sweet is never as sweet without the sour. For almost 4 years of
marriage, we've finally hit our balance in life only to be taken away in an instant. I have no regrets about our marriage. She has loved me and Amber beyond
her capacity. I will always love her.

It is my first time to write to egroup as I've lurked and watched emails being sent to and fro. All I want now is that for each of the couples here is to cherish
each moment that we spend with our loved ones. Pretty simple to say, very easy to take for granted.

Thank you all for the prayers. I would still like to ask you to please include Leslie in them until her 40th day so that the path to God's kingdom is well lit and she is no longer in the dark.

Sincerely,

Carlo Cruz

Feels Like Home"

Somethin' in your eyes, makes me wanna lose myself
Makes me wanna lose myself, in your arms
There's somethin' in your voice, makes my heart beat fast
Hope this feeling lasts, the rest of my life

If you knew how lonely my life has been
And how long I've been so alone
And if you knew how I wanted someone to come along
And change my life the way you've done

It feels like home to me, it feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I come from
It feels like home to me, it feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong

A window breaks, down a long, dark street
And a siren wails in the night
But I'm alright, 'cause I have you here with me
And I can almost see, through the dark there is light

Well, if you knew how much this moment means to me
And how long I've waited for your touch
And if you knew how happy you are making me
I never thought that I'd love anyone so much

It feels like home to me, it feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way the back where I come from
It feels like home to me, it feels like home to me
It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong
It feels like I'm all the way back where I belong

THE WORLD

Whatever your dreams or ambitions, The World card can
herald the arrival of your heart’s desire - a time of
completion and fulfillment.

This is an especially wonderful card to have as an outcome
card, if preceded by other positive cards.

It is a card of triumph, recognition for all your hard work
and effort, or reward after a period of struggle and
challenge.

Respect and recognition is associated with the appearance
of this card, as it suggests that many people around you,
feel you deserve the happiness and joy the card represents.

The World card can also mean that the world is your oyster,
so it often represents travel, or suggests you broaden your
horizons if you are to acquire your heart’s desire.

This is such a positive card, that even the negative
aspect, normally indicated by preceded cards being less
positive or cards of challenge, simply means a period of
delay before the success you desire becomes manifest.

Are you living in the life you want, or do you desire to
step out into the ‘big wide world’ and seek adventure?

The World IS your oyster, so when you see this card in your
readings, remember to keep your heart and mind open to
greater possibilities.

Love and Joy,
Alison

THE HIEROPHANT

Perhaps you’ve struggled to meet your parent’s expectations
for you, educationally or career-wise, because you simply
wanted to do something else? Perhaps your spouse or lover
likes you to behave in a certain way and you don’t like it?

The issues about what is right and wrong for you personally
are of greater importance when The Hierophant appears in
your reading.

For example, you may feel that fidelity and the tradition
of marriage is important to you, and your lover is prepared
to live together but not as man and wife, and this troubles
you.

Perhaps there are many feelings, views, opinions and
principles that you are having trouble expressing and
living by, and suppressing them is causing internal
conflict.

The Hierophant often represents a teacher or wise counsel -
someone you may choose to turn to for help and guidance.

If you are struggling to be true to yourself, it can be
very therapeutic to seek the comfort and understanding of
someone who you feel able to express your REAL thoughts and
feelings to.

Sometimes, we can feel trapped by someone or a situation,
but in reality we have created the situation ourselves by
denying what we really want or who we really are.

They say it can be difficult to see the reality of your
own situation from within it, so when this kindly and
spiritually comforting card appears in your reading, it
could be suggesting you seek out the help and guidance of
someone you trust to give you an alternative perspective.

It could also be highlighting the importance of being true
to yourself and not simply conforming to what others expect
of you.

We don’t always have the answers and we don’t always know
what’s best for us ... in such circumstances, when The
Hierophant appears in your readings, consider seeking
advice, guidance or counseling to help you find those
answers.

Love and Joy,
Alison

the moon

Hi paui

It has long been said that the full Moon has a powerful
effect on our emotional state, creating tides of
emotions within us.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: THE MOON

When we experience such turbulent emotions, it is difficult
to believe that we could ever feel harmony and peace within
ourselves again.

Highly charged feelings cause havoc in our lives, and when
The Moon appears in your readings, you can be sure there are
issues in your life that are causing confusion and mixed
emotions.

When this card appears, it is suggesting you take a step
back and view your situation from a different perspective
and with a calmer logic.

However, The Moon does represent powerful feelings and it
isn’t always easy to gain clarity: we often can’t ‘see the
wood for the trees’. The path to clarity and understanding
is a challenging one, yet despite the emotional wrenches
you may feel, it is right for you.

For example, if you are in a situation where you need to
let go of a lover or partner for whatever reason, but
emotionally cannot summon up the courage to do so, even
though you know it’s the right thing to do, trust that the
new path you seek is right for you.

Often when a decision is very difficult and causes strong
emotional resistance within us, we allow our weaker nature
to rule. However, in many of these situations it is a brave
heart and clear mind that help us see through the fog of
unruly emotion and step onto our true path.

The Moon not only represents illusion caused by powerful
emotions, but also illusion or trickery created by other
people’s lies or misleading behavior. Therefore, when The
Moon appears in a reading, it’s a good idea to question
your motives and those of people close to you, and it is
best to refrain from making firm decisions until you know
and feel a sense of certainty about your choices.

The wan light of The Moon does in some way shed light upon
the right path for us, but because we cannot see clearly
in dim light we doubt ourselves and hold back from taking
the steps forward.

The Moon may suggest that your avoidance to take action or
make a tough decision about a certain situation is simply
due to fear of loss. Fear has much to do with The Moon, and
courage is always needed to conquer fear, so take your time
when The Moon appears in your readings and search for your
inner courage. With patience you will find the clarity you
seek.

Love and Joy,
Alison

funny story...

THE!

We' ve been friends for a long time ago. We come from the same alma mother. Actually, our paths crossed one time on another. But it's only now that I gave him a second look. I realized that beauty is in the eyes. The pulpbits of my heart went fast, really fast. Cute pala siya. And then, he came over with me. He said, "I hope you don't mine. Can I get your number?" Nag-worry ako. What if he doesn't give it back? He explained naman na it's so we could keep intact daw. Sabi ko, connect me if i'm wrong but are you asking me ouch? Nabigla siya. Sagot niya, The! Aba ! Parang siya pa ang galit! Persona ingrata!!! Ang kapal niya! I cried buckles of tears.
Na-guilty yata siya. Sabi niya, isipin mo na lang na this is a blessing in the sky. Irregardless daw of his feelings, we'll go ouch na rin. Now, we're so in love. Mute and epidemic na ang past. Thanks God we swallowed our fried. Kasi, I'm 33 na and I'm running our time. After 2 weeks, he plopped the question. "Will you marriage me?" I'm in a state of shocked. Kasi mantakin mo, when it rains, it's four! This is true good to be true. So siyempre, I said yes. Love is a many splendor.
Pero nung inaayos ko na ang aming kasal, everything swell to pieces. Nag-di-dinner kami noon nang biglang sa harap ng aming table, may babaeng humirit ng, "Well, well, well. Look do we have here." What the fuss! The nerd ng babaeng yon! She said they were still on. So I told her, whatever is that, cut me some slacks! I didn't want this to get our hand kaya I had to sip it in the bud. She accused me of steeling her boyfriend. Ats if! I don't want to portrait the role of the other woman. Gosh, tell me to the marines! I told her, "please, mine you own business!" Who would believe her anyway?
Dahil it's not my problem anymore but her problem anymore, tumigil na rin siya ng panggugulo. Everything is coming up daisies. I'm so happy. Even my boyfriend said liketwice. He's so supportive. Sabi niya, "Look at is this way. She's our of our lives."
Kaya advise ko sa inyo - take the risk. You can never can tell. Just burn the bridge when you get there. Life is shorts. If you make a mistake, we'll just pray for the internal and external repose of your soul. I second emotion.

Death Card

Hi paui

The Death Card has to be the one card in the Tarot deck that most,
if not all, people fear seeing in a reading, and yet it isn’t
as dark and macabre as one might think, which is why some
Tarot readers have renamed this card ‘Transformation’.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: DEATH/TRANSFORMATION

How would you feel if I was to say ‘Oh look, you are about
to experience a transformation in your life’? Would you be
as spooked as if you simply saw the Death card as your
outcome card?

I am in the process of creating the Lotus Tarot deck and I
will be naming this card ‘Transformation’ because I believe
it portrays the true meaning of this card far better and
without evoking the chills that the title ‘Death’ card does.

When the ‘Death’ card appears in a reading, the most common
thought is that it is predicting a physical death, that
someone is going to die. This, in most, if not all, cases
is highly unlikely.

I cannot speak for all Tarot readers, but I personally do
not use this card to represent a physical death. For me,
the Death card represents an event or series of events or
circumstances that may cause great disruption and possible
upset, but which make transformation in its many forms
inevitable.

I am not a medium or clairvoyant, but I do use the Tarot
cards to help give men and women around the world some
insights into their own situations and to look at their
lives from a different perspective. Let me give you some
examples: one of the greatest blows any of us can receive,
man or woman, is when we fall utterly in love with someone
only to be rejected and left alone. Many of you may have
had such an experience and it can feel like your world has
fallen apart.

Such incidences can create transformational change within
us, changing our outlook and our approach to love and
relationships. For example, if someone, who didn’t love
you, lets you go, it can open up a whole new set of
circumstances and opportunities for you.

There have been numerous case histories of people who have
been bankrupt and who have lost everything only to change
course and tactics and go on to achieve great success.

For me, the end of something, whether it be a relationship,
job, career or lifestyle is only the sign that it is time
for something new to be created. If I am no longer in that
relationship, I am free to pursue new love. If I have lost
my job, I am free to look for a better one and so on.

The tale of the Phoenix sums up the meaning of the Death
card quite well, where a bird dies in the flames only to
emerge and fly out of the fire transformed into something
far greater.

So don’t fear the Death card when it appears. Take it as a
sign that something in your life may come to an end. The
transition may be challenging but as the end comes to pass
a new beginning will present itself.

Love and Joy,
Alison

JUSTICE

Hi paui

Life can be fair and just, and justice will be served if
logic, fairness and a sound sense of judgment prevails.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: JUSTICE

The Justice card, needless to say, often represents legal
issues or events; most traditional Tarot cards feature the
sword and scales. When this card appears in a reading
concerning legal affairs such as divorce proceedings,
alimony payments or any legal battle, it is normally a
positive sign that any ruling will be in your favor.

The card can also represent contracts and agreements so,
again, it can be a good omen for business deals and
proposals.

It is a card that suggests you seek or give sound advice
based on cool logic and reason. In other words, it is best
not to allow unruly emotions to influence you in any
situation where legal issues are a concern.

In a situation where the Justice card is surrounded by
negative cards, it can mean that an injustice could be
experienced or that a legal ruling may go against you.
Tread carefully when such cards come up and certainly seek
wise counsel. It would be best not to make any hasty or
impulsive decisions when such a reading comes up.

In relation to business deals or proposals, negative cards
around the Justice card could mean you may be unsuccessful
in securing a deal or contract. Here too, it would be wise
to seek further advice and exercise caution.

However, there is a greater or deeper meaning to the
Justice card beyond its legal ramifications. It is deemed
a very karmic card, a card of adjustment and fairness at a
more spiritual level.

When it appears in your reading, it can mean that if you
have been the victim of ill will or misfortune, the wrong
will be put right and fate will turn in your favor. Issues
of honesty, integrity and idealism are paramount when this
card appears.

Love and Joy,
Alison

Beautiful Story

Beautiful story.... makes you understand that things happen for a reason

The brand new pastor and his wife, newly assigned

to their first ministry, to reopen a church

in suburban Brooklyn , arrived in early October

excited about their opportunities When they saw

their church, it was very run down and needed

much work. They set a goal to have everything

done in time to have their first service

on Christmas Eve.

T hey worked hard, repairing pews, plastering walls,

painting, etc, and on December 18

were ahead of schedule and just about finished.

On December 19 a terrible tempest - a driving

rainstorm hit the area and lasted for two days.

O n the 21st, the pastor went over to the church.

His heart sank when he saw that the roof had

leaked, causing a large area of plaster about

20 feet by 8 feet to fall off the front wall of the

sanctuary just behind the pulpit, beginning about

head high.

T he pastor cleaned up the mess on the floor,

and not knowing what else to do but postpone

the Christmas Eve service, headed home.

On the way he noticed that a local business was

having a flea market type sale for charity so he

stopped in. One of the items was a beautiful,

handmade, ivory colored, crocheted tablecloth

with exquisite work, fine colors and a Cross

embroidered right in the center. It was just

the right size to cover up the hole in the front

wall. He bought it and headed back to the church.

By this time it had started to snow. An older

woman running from the opposite direction was

trying to catch the bus.. She missed it. The pastor

invited her to wait in the warm church for

the next bus 45 minutes later.

She sat in a pew and paid no attention to the pastor

while he got a ladder, hangers, etc., to put

up the tablecloth as a wall tapestry. The pastor

could hardly believe how beautiful it looked and

it covered up the entire problem area.

T hen he noticed the woman walking down the center

aisle. Her face was like a sheet.. "Pastor,"

she asked, "where did you get that tablecloth?"

The pastor explained. The woman asked him to check

the lower right corner to see if the initials, EBG were crocheted into

it there. They were. These were the initials of the woman, and she had

made this tablecloth 35 years before, in Austria

The woman could hardly believe it as the pastor

told how he had just gotten the Tablecloth. The

woman explained that before the war she and

her husband were well-to-do people in Austria .

When the Nazis came, she was forced to leave.

Her husband was going to follow her the next week.

He was captured, sent to prison and never saw her

husband or her home again.

T he pastor wanted to give her the tablecloth;

but she made the pastor keep it for the church.

The pastor insisted on driving her home, that

was the least he could do.. She lived on the other

side of Staten Island and was only in Brooklyn

for the day for a housecleaning job.

What a wonderful service they had on Christmas

Eve. The church was almost full. The music and the

spirit were great. At the end of the service, the

pastor and his wife greeted everyone at the door

and many said that they would return.

One older man, whom the pastor recognized

from the neighborhood continued to sit in one of the

pews and stare, and the pastor wondered why he

wasn't leaving.

The man asked him where he got the tablecloth on

the front wall because it was identical to one

that his wife had made years ago when

they lived in Austria before the war and how

could there be two tablecloths so much alike.

H e told the pastor how the Nazis came, how he

forced his wife to flee for her safety and he was

supposed to follow her, but he was arrested and

put in a prison.. He never saw his wife or his home

again all the 35 years in between.

The pastor asked him if he would allow him to

take him for a little ride. They drove to Staten

Island and to the same house where the pastor

had taken the woman three days earlier.

H e helped the man climb the three flights of

stairs to the woman's apartment, knocked on

the door and he saw the greatest Christmas

reunion he could ever imagine.

True Story - submitted by Pastor Rob Reid

Who says God does not work in mysterious ways..

I asked the Lord to bless you as I prayed for

you today, to guide you and protect you as you go

along your way. His love is always with you, His

promises are true, and when we give Him all our

cares you know He will see us through.

So when the road you're traveling on seems

difficult at best.. Just remember I'm here

praying and God will do the rest. Pass this on

to those you want God to bless and don't forget

to send it back to the one who asked God to bless

you first.

W hen there is nothing left but God, that is when

you find out that God is all you need. Take 60

seconds and give this a shot! All you do is simply

say the following small prayer for the person

who sent you this.

Father, God, bless all my friends and family in what

ever it is that You know they may be needing this

day! May their life be full of your peace,

prosperity and power as he/she seeks to have a

closer relationship with you. Amen.

Horoscope

The Bottom Line

There's a new relationship in your life. It isn't comfortable yet, but it's good.

In Detail

There's a new relationship in your life, and it's going to start taking you in some very interesting directions. You might not feel completely comfortable with this person right now, but you can sense that, deep down inside, the two of you have a lot in common. Give this thing time, and keep in mind that you don't have to break any speed records. Take it slow. There are no rules. And it's a partnership -- work on it together.

Temperance

However, it can often represent a time
where we need to balance logic and reason against strife
and struggle in order to salvage some harmony in troubled
times.

It is your ability to weigh right from wrong, to balance
good against bad and to manage the volatile factors in your
life that determines how easily you can feel a sense of
balance and harmony in your life when the going is tough.
>>> yeah i guess i haev to exercise this ability more often... most of the time i just let things pass hoping that thing will get better... but i am wrong... always wrong... things never do get better unless you do something... i know ive been watching too much "telenovelas and sappy movies" that i end up thinking like the characters in those stories..

When the Temperance card appears in your reading, it can
imply that if you have been suffering a challenging time,
happier and more harmonious times lay ahead. Peace can be
restored and you will regain a tranquil normality to your
life again.
>>> yeah thats true, this month has been really challenging for me... i really hope that peace be may be restored in my life and that there will be happier times to come ahead.. Canada here we come!!

It can suggest that a greater sense of self-control is
required for you to cope with changing circumstances. And
for those who are suffering because of alcoholism, this
card is a sign that temperance and sobriety is needed.
>>> well i'm happy to say that i have been sober for a month now ;D.. yeah i know its not by choice but i have to be sober or else... in a way i am happy that i am not allowed to drink coz i dont know what will happen to me if i dont stop drinking.. i dont really consider myself an alcoholic because i can still do stuff even if i am sober.. its just that sometimes my body sorta craves for that light feeling that alcohol gives me..

The Temperance card is about moderation, going with the
flow and looking for solutions that will put an end to
conflicts and troubles, like pouring water over a fire to
put it out. The gentle flow of water can corrode giant
rocks in its path. Likewise patience and gentle persistence
can help us all to work through or around obstacles and
challenges in our path.
>>> i think its just about time to incorporate this in my life.. ive never really been a patient person.. ive always wanted to get things fast.. maybe that is one of those things that i have learned throughout my younger years because ive always gotten things the "paulette way"... i wasnt used to waiting for things to happen because for some strange reason things do happen the way i wanted it to.. ive been really blessed with my life but i have to learn how "not to abuse" this blessing... now i have to be more patient so dont end up losing everyone and everything that i have...

This card can also signify that spirituality may provide
comfort at a particularly difficult time, and when this
card appears in your reading, you can be sure that someone
out there is looking after you.
>>> im so glad that there are always people who is looking after me... my parents, specially my mom, who is ever so supportive of everything that i do... my best friend who's also always there for me even if most of the time he doesn't approve of my actions.. my gay friends who never failed to make me happy specially on those times that i feel so depressed.. my girlfriends who would keep me busy and tell me that i am not alone in this pain, that they too share the same feelings and they too cross the wild river that i am crossing... its actually more fun when you share the same experiences with your girlfriends coz you get to learn from each other and you get to try things that you cannot do alone.. and of course there is GOD who never left my side and who is constantly taking good care of me... thank you lord... amen!

Love and Joy,
Alison

READ THIS PLS!!!

Here's something to touch our hearts...

Huwag mo sana akong pagtatawanan o pagsasawaang pakinggan.

Amoy matanda, amoy lupa. Huwag mo sana akong piliting maligo. Mahina na ang katawan ko. Madaling magkasakit kapag nalamigan, huwag mo sana akong pandirihan.

... i got his from my batch's yahoogroup.. i felt like crying and hugging my parents after reading this.. i know i haven't been the best kid ever but i would definitely take acre of my parents when they get old.. i will care for then like how they did to my lolos and lolas.. i know sometimes we have problems but we still manage to stay strong... i am really thankful to god that he gave me the most wonderful parents in the world and i would definitely love them for the rest of my life!

Witchcraft

i know i might sound crazy but stuff like this never ceased to amaze me... i was surfing about big bikes when i came about this website about spells and stuff, yeah i know theres totally no connection but there was this incantation for riders so they will have a safe trip when they are going on cross country adventures... i got curious so i ended up surfing about witches and stuff about them ( haiz.. the things that you do when you're totally booooored!) i was amazed at how other people can create this kind of spells... maybe it was passed to them by their ancestors or maybe they just made it all up... well still i likeyyy and it was kinda cute so i decided to blog it.. i wont try it but the author of these spells said that she has already tried these spells and that these are effective... if you want more spells check this site out... Witch-Spells

To attract the love of a certain person

You will need:

- Any particle from the body of your love (hair, nails, blood, etc)
- Any particle from your body
- A red ribbon

Instructions:

Take a particle of the body of your love, add corresponding particles of your own body, wrap them together in a red ribbon on which you will have written your two names with the blood of you or your love. Tie the ribbon to join the names. Carry this package for three days under your armpit and then burn it

Dream of me

To make someone dream about you

Do you ever want to get an important message through to someone, but you just don't know how to do it?

Here is what you do:

1. Determine precisely what it is you want them to hear, or perhaps feel. Write down your wish on a piece of paper in simple sentence form.

2. Make a dream pillow using a small square of fabric and a little batting. Throw in a pinch of lavender and rosemary. Put in the piece of paper last, then sew up the end.

3. Put the dream pillow on your altar. Do an altar devotion to center yourself, then create sacred space. Cast a circle and call the quarters if you like, but is isn't necessary.

4. Center yourself, then hold your hands over the dream pillow and say the following:

Holy Mother, Goddess Divine,
I stand before your sacred shrine.
This person won't listen or hear
My words tickle at deafened ear.
Holy Mother, Goddess Divine,
Send a dream, awaken the mind.
Through his/her vision he/she lives
The nightmare/passion/lesson he/she so freely gives.
Holy Mother, Goddess Divine
Send them your enchanted design
Clear out the cobwebs, tear down walls
Carry my message through spirit calls.

Feel free to change the incantation to suit your purpose

To get a loved one back

Stick a needle through the wick of a candle. Light it, concentrate, and speak the following incantation:

"Needle in the flame,
Needle of fire,
Pierce his thoughts.
Make him writhe, agonize,
Till his heart turns back to me."

To keep a lover faithful

To prevent a lover or spouse from cheating
Prepare a small drawstring pouch in a dark color. Fill it with licorice herb, dried and ground unicorn root, a handful of marigolds, fresh rosemary and dried cumin. Place the bag under your lover's side of the bed and s/he will remain faithful.

Either sprinkle licorice herb over your spouse or lovers footprints, place a handful of marigolds or rosemary in, under or around the bed where your lover or spouse sleeps, or add cumin to the food you both consume.

To send a message to your lover

To win a lover who rejects you

Needed:

White crystal quartz, white votive candle, picture of your lover, matches, pink ribbon

Gently tie the photo to the quartz using the pink ribbon - make sure the quartz is still visible to you. Light the votive candle and place the quartz/photo bundle as close to it as possible. Use the photo to focus on your lover and concentrate your message into the quartz crystal - feel your energy being sent to your lover.

Make a wax doll, in his or her name or image. Scribe the name into the doll and then roast it over a small fire. As the wax melts, so will the heart of the loved one.

Silver Surfer!!!

Fantastic 4: Rise of the Silver Surfer

i just watched it amy, paul, aze and karen.. i must admit, i am not huge fan of Fantastic 4 and i have never even seen any of their movies much less read their comic books.. but since all my friends wanted me to come with them and my mom allowed me to stay out late (yeah i know i'm already old! but what can i do? i'm still staying with them.. the least i can do is follow their rules and show some respect right? right!) so there i didnt have any choice but to go.. i was kind of down for the past weeks so they all wanted to cheer me up (yeah i know! they're so sweet! they want to cheep up poor ol' me haha! ) .. the movie started at around 9:00pm, we got fruit shakes (mine was strawberry and mango! wee! yummy!) amy brought a bag of Ruffles so we didnt bother buying popcorn anymore ( the way, thanks for the shake kamote! ).. i asked karen if i would understand this movie even if i wasn't able to watch the first one and when she said yes.. i was finally happy... (yeah right!) ... (Har har!.. i know im bein' schizo again! har har!)

the movie was really nice and funny too.. it was about love, not just any ordinary love but "selfless love"

.. the kind of love between Mr. Fantastic and Invisible woman.. (Haiz if i could only have my own Mr. Fantastic - minus the annoying pda of course! .. i'd be the happiest girl alive! not that i'm not happy with my life in general but i want someone who can sweep me off my feet! nax! hahaha!)

ahhh love.... look at the way they stare at each other....

thier wedding... she is smokin' and he is so hot!
(i wish i could be just like her when its time for me to face the altar..)

.. the kind of love that Silver Surfer has for his loved one and everybody in his planet.. plus Silver surfer is soo hot! haha! after the movie we were like "silver surfer is soooo hot! i love his bod! that's like my ideal body structure.. he's like my ideal guy!! " (sounds patethic i know but its soooo true! i would definitely love a guy with a body like that! yum!)

Silver Surfer's Front and Back View

here's how he looks like! see that abs? see???? see????
loves it!

close up..

and stan lee in cameo role.. this is funny! he wasnt allowed to enter the wedding venue..
he told the doorman " pls check my name on the guest list, its stan lee"
but still the doorman wouldnt allow him to enter heheh!

in short i had fun... i like the movie and was able to stay out late... we were planning to clubbing but my mom wanted me to go straight home coz my dad is kinda drunk! ( grrrrhhhh... my mind was so made up to partying and dancing all night!) so in other words, i had no choice but to go home.. i was so disappointed that i wasn't able to go out coz i know i needed that (..to unwind of course! and not for anything else.. hahaha! you know how stressful it is at home when my dad is there) so as early as tomorrow i'm going to tell them that i'll go out on saturday with all my gay friends! harharhar!!!! Goodnight!

Why

How many times do I have to try to tell you
That I'm sorry for the things I've done
But when I start to try to tell you
That's when you have to tell me
Hey, this kind of trouble's only just begun
I tell myself too many times
Why don't you ever learn to keep your big mouth shut
That's why it hurts so bad to hear the words
That keep on falling from your mouth
Falling from your mouth
Falling from your mouth
Tell me...
Why
Why
I may be mad
I may be blind
I may be viciously unkind
But I can still read what you're thinking
And I've heard it said too many times
That you'd be better off
Besides...
Why can't you see this boat is sinking
Let's go down to the water's edge
And we can cast away those doubts
Some things are better left unsaid

But they still turn me inside out
Turning inside out turning inside out
Tell me...
Why
Tell me...
Why
This is the book I never read
These are the words I never said
This is the path I'll never tread
These are the dreams I'll dream instead
This is the joy that's seldom spread
These are the tears...
The tears we shed
This is the fear
This is the dread
These are the contents of my head
And these are the years that we have spent
And this is what they represent
And this is how I feel
Do you know how I feel?
'Cause I don't think you know how I feel
I don't think you know what I feel
I don't think you know what I feel
You don't know what I feel

The Empress

Hi paui

Fruitful abundance, fertility and motherhood, emotional
support, security and joy, and prosperity makes this one of
my favorite cards in the Tarot deck.

THIS WEEK'S CARD: THE EMPRESS

The Empress is a card that signifies reassurance and love
reflecting the maternal aspects of the card. When she
appears in your reading, The Empress may signify your
desire to be a mother or the possibility of you being one
(if you’re female!), or the desire for the kind of love a
mother gives and receives.

She is a good omen if you are considering starting a family
or having more children. She can also signify the need to
focus on your role as a mother or your relationship with
your own mother or mother figure.

We all like to be loved and cared for and The Empress
signifies the comforting feeling and reward one receives
for loving and caring for those that are dear to you. As
an outcome, she is a sign that abundance and well-being is
on its way and that everything will turn out alright for
you.

Wherever she appears in a reading, think of the kindly
encouragement or loving support a mother gives to her
child, and know that someone in your life is there for
you. This may not always be your mother; it could be
another female relative, friend or even associate who will
show her love and compassion when you most need it.

The Empress also represents creativity and art, so when she
appears in a reading she can also be a good omen for you to
encourage any creative or artistic talents you have as this
may lead to future material and financial abundance.

She is the smiling face of encouragement and the warm
embrace of comfort, so whatever you may be considering when
The Empress appears, take it that you will receive the
support and help you require.

If The Empress appears in a reading surrounded by negative
cards, it may be that a female in your life is behaving in
an overbearing manner and it is important that you do not
allow her to bully you.

The Empress is multi-dimensional. She can represent your
desires and needs as a woman, she can represent other women
in your life or she can simply represent birth and
creativity. So when the card appears in a reading, take the
surrounding cards into account and also try to understand
it in relation to the particular question you have asked.

Love and Joy,
Alison

>> i like the reading but i dont think i am ready to get pregnant... first of all i'm not yet married! haiz! haha! but i guess this card refers to how my own mom took care of me when i was at the hospital... thanks mom for always being there and taking care of me! love yah!

the magician

The Magician marks a time for showing initiative and for
new beginnings and opportunities that show great promise
for the future.

When this card appears in your reading, it can indicate
possible opportunities. If you have the willpower and
determination to pursue your goals, you have every chance
of being successful.

The Magician is all about harnessing your own magic,
finding the charm and artful communication that can
persuade people and events round to your way of thinking.
You will need to think on your feet but with insight and
wisdom you can find a way to succeed.

For example, you may wish to charm a new suitor
romantically or convince a bank manager that your business
is worth backing, or even persuade your partner or lover
that marriage really is a good idea!

The cheeky and irresistible charm of The Magician can work
wonders, and sometimes having the ability to play the odd
bluff or to create an illusion to get a result isn’t always
a bad thing if it works out for everyone in the end.

If faced with tough challenges or obstacles, The Magician
is a good omen that your quick thinking and artful
communication skills will enable you to work around them
and stay ahead of any adversaries.

I always feel that The Magician has all the joyful and
youthful exuberance of The Fool but with the added benefit
of wisdom from experience. This card represents the early
stages or beginnings of an opportunity or phase of your
life so no result is definite. If, however, you can harness
the confidence and charm of The Magician, you are far more
likely to succeed.

The Magician may also represent a man in your readings if
you have asked a question about relationships, and in this
case, the card can be a little difficult to interpret
because of the illusionary, magical aspect to it.

The best rule of thumb is, if The Magician is surrounded by
positive cards, then this man could well be charming, fun,
great to be around, and very possibly quite eccentric!!

If, however, it is surrounded by negative cards, take care
as he may be a trickster or con man. This may refer to a
possible lover, business partner, work colleague etc. It
basically means be careful who you trust, as all may not
be as it seems.

The Magician is about the magic of possibility and how,
with creativity, enthusiasm and sheer willpower, we can
make things happen in our lives. With initiative and
careful insight you can harness your own magic and have the
wisdom to see through illusion.

-- another tarot reading... hmmm i likey!

Ten Guidelines From God

Effective Immediately, please be aware that there are changes YOU need to make in YOUR life. These changes need to be completed in order that I may fulfill My promises to you to grant you peace, joy and happiness in this life. I apologize for any inconvenience, but after all that I am doing, this seems very little to ask of you. Please, follow these 10 guidelines:

1. QUIT WORRYING:
Life has dealt you a blow and all you do is sit and worry. Have you forgotten that I am here to take all your burdens and carry them for you? Or do you just enjoy fretting over every little thing that comes your way?

2. PUT IT ON THE LIST:
Something needs done or taken care of. Put it on the list. No, not YOUR list. Put it on MY to-do-list. Let ME be the one to take care of the problem. I can't help you until you turn it over to Me. And although My to-do-list is long, I am after all... God. I can take care of anything you put into My hands. In fact, if the truth were ever really known, I take care of a lot of things for you that you never even realize.

3. TRUST ME:
Once you've given your burdens to Me, quit trying to take them back. Trust in
Me. Have the faith that I will take care of all your needs, your problems and your trials. Problems with the kids? Put them on My list. Problem with finances? Put it on My list. Problems with your emotional roller coaster? For My sake, put it on My list. I want to help you. All you have to do is ask.

4. LEAVE IT ALONE:
Don't wake up one morning and say, "Well, I'm feeling much stronger now, I think
I can handle it from here." Why do you think you are feeling stronger now? It's simple. You gave Me your burdens and I'm taking care of them. I also renew your strength and cover you in my peace. Don't you know that if I give you these problems back, you will be right back where you started? Leave them with Me and forget about them. Just let Me do my job.

5. TALK TO ME:
I want you to forget a lot of things. Forget what was making you crazy. Forget the worry and the fretting because you know I'm in control. But there's one thing I pray you never forget. Please, don't forget to talk to Me - OFTEN! I love YOU!
I want to hear your voice. I want you to include Me in on the things going on in your life. I want to hear you talk about your friends and family. Prayer is simply you having a conversation with Me. I want to be your dearest friend.

6. HAVE FAITH:
I see a lot of things from up here that you can't see from where you are. Have faith in Me that I know what I'm doing. Trust Me; you wouldn't want the view from My eyes. I will continue to care for you, watch over you, and meet your needs. You only have to trust Me. Although I have a muc h bigger task than you, it seems as if you have so much trouble just doing your simple part. How hard can trust be?

7. SHARE:
You were taught to share when you were only two years old. When did you forget?
That rule still applies. Share with those who are less fortunate than you. Share your joy with those who need encouragement. Share your laughter with those who haven't heard any in such a long time. Share your tears with those who have forgotten how to cry. Share your faith with those who have none.

8. BE PATIENT:
I managed to fix it so in just one lifetime you could have so many diverse experiences. You grow from a child to an adult, have children, change jobs many times, learn many trades, travel to so many places, meet thousands of people, and experience so much. How can you be so impatient then when it takes Me
a little longer than you expect to handle something on My to-do-list? Trust in My
timing, for My timing is perfect. Just because I created the entire universe in
only six days, everyone thinks I should always rush, rush, rush.

9. BE KIND:
Be kind to others, for I love them just as much as I love you. They may not dress
like you, or talk like you, or live the same way you do, but I still love you all. Please try to get along, for My sake. I created each of you different in some way. It would be too boring if you were all identical. Please, know I love each of your differences.

10. LOVE YOURSELF:
As much as I love you, how can you not love yourself? You were created by me for
one reason only -- to be loved, and to love in return. I am a God of Love. Love Me.
Love your neighbors. But also love yourself. It makes My heart ache when I see you so angry with yourself when things go wrong. You are very precious to me.
Don't ever forget......

Touch someone with your love.
Rather than focus upon the thorns of life,
smell the roses and count your blessings!
